GovTransfer is an end-to-end encrypted collaboration platform for government. GovTransfer will enable your entity to send/receive classified files, make requests, respond to requests, and collaborate internally within your agency or externally with other agencies.

Our team has been working in law enforcement and developing solutions for almost two decades now. Since we started, our team has built very sophisticated online applications utilized by over 1,000 state and local government agencies.

The security measures built into the application and the standards maintained by our staff make GovTransfer a highly secure platforms through which government agencies can securely send/receive classified/sensitive files while maintaining compliance.

In our experience, we witnessed 2 major problems that government agencies encounter when interacting with other government agencies. 1. They did not have a secure, compliant, easy-to-use application for sending sensitive files. 2. There was no way for users to easily verify who was requesting records from their organization. As a result, agencies spend hours researching the requestor and using slow, dated methods for responding.

Shockingly, we have witnessed a significant number of bad actors who bought official-looking email domains and pose as government employees. These emails are extremely difficult to distinguish between valid emails and create distrust and hesitancy within the government, and specifically, the law enforcement community.
