No, your files are encrypted using your own encryption key. Our staff never have access to your files. Only you and users with whom you explicitly grant access can open your files.
Setting up GovTransfer is minimal. After your account is approved, you'll immediately be ready to start using GovTransfer and accessing its benefits. Additional configuration takes 1-2 days. Standard training materials are available as well as tailored sessions for your organization.
GovTransfer is open to all government agencies in the United States. GovTransfer's unique approach allows its members to take full advantage of the application even if their partner agency is not a member.
